The interview was conducted in person and two days later, I received an automated email stating that I had been shortlisted for further processing. They subsequently instructed me to upload certain required documents. When I spoke with a representative from Human Resources, I inquired about the issuance of an offer letter. She assured me that an offer letter would be provided once they had successfully verified the documents I had submitted.
However, when I attempted to follow up via the general HR helpline, the executive I spoke with informed me that I had not been shortlisted due to the unavailability of a suitable position for me. I am confused as to how this could occur. Could this really happen? I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance regarding this matter.
