I am a fresher who is about to join a company that is exempt from the Provident Fund (PF). However, my Aadhaar is currently suspended and face authentication, which is now mandatory for Universal Account Number (UAN) generation, cannot be completed. I'm concerned that this might delay my joining or even lead to cancellation. Can my employer assist me in this situation? I've been informed that reactivation will take around 4-5 months. Will this issue cause a delay in my onboarding process? Can the employer provide an alternative for PF KYC? Is there a possibility that they might terminate my employment or revoke the offer because I'm unable to complete the PF Aadhaar KYC immediately? I would appreciate any guidance on this matter.
