I would like to have your valuable input for a new compensation structure that has been requested by my director for all our employees at an IT firm in Noida. The company has 50 employees, with 12 in leadership positions and the rest in mid and junior categories. The structure should include a fixed yearly bonus and a variable team or project bonus.
Concern: I used to receive replies to my posts, but lately, responses have been scarce. This platform is for discussions and resolving queries, and as HR professionals in small-scale companies, we often lack a group to seek input from.
