This has reference to your querry regarding KRA & performance appraisal.
Please note that the individual employee should be aware and clearly identified his KRA and from KRA he has to derive KPA( say if an employee as multiple KRA, then it has to be bifurcated 4 or 5 KPAs which are smart ( specific, measureable, achievable, reasonable and time bound) and employee has to mention on each KPA, how much percentage can he achieved in the given time frame ( i.e. during the performance period. On the basis, his performance has to be appraised.
Short fall if any in achieving his KPA, then analysis of his competency to be mapped up. These are very lengthy process and continuous process
