ajay-kumar1503033
I left my first company and joined a second company. After some time (5 days), I rejoined my first company. My second company filed a PF for one day, while my first company continued my PF. Now, my services are showing in two companies. Can someone guide me on the solution to make my first company my current employer?

To resolve the EPFO issue and make your first company your current employer, you need to take the following steps:

1. Contact your second company's HR department and request them to withdraw the PF contribution they made for the one day you were employed there.
2. Submit a formal request to your first company's HR department to update your employment status and make them your current employer for PF purposes.
3. Provide any necessary documentation or information required by both companies to facilitate the correction.
4. Follow up with both HR departments to ensure the necessary changes are made promptly.
5. Monitor your PF account to verify that your first company is now listed as your current employer.

By following these steps and coordinating with both companies' HR departments, you should be able to resolve the EPFO issue and ensure that your first company is recognized as your current employer for PF contributions.

Transfer your previous company's PF amount to your current company. After the transfer of the PF amount, it will automatically show as your current company.
