I initially joined the company on July 21, 2014, and served until May 16, 2018, under the PF number xxxxx. I subsequently rejoined the company on September 4, 2019, and continued my employment until June 28, 2022. During the interim period, I was employed by other organizations.
Upon reviewing my employment records, it has come to our attention that the company mistakenly made contributions to my previous PF account upon my rejoining in 2019. Additionally, the exit date recorded in the portal for my second tenure reflects an overlap in service periods.
This oversight originated from the company's side, as a new PF code was not established when I rejoined in 2019. As a result, my background verification process is currently stalled, preventing me from commencing employment with a new organization.
Kindly suggest what I should do. Can be possible to create backdated pf account to rectify this issue
What action or fixed is expected from employer in such case
