Facing UAN Generation Issues for Old PF Account? Here's How to Tackle It When Details Don't Match

My last PF was deducted in 2013, and a pension certificate was provided at that time. Now, I am attaining the age of 58 in July and will be eligible for a pension. At that time, no UAN was provided by the company, and now that company has been closed. While generating UAN from the EPFO link -> UAN Allotment for Existing PF, I am getting an error message: "ORA-20001: Z# Demographic details of the UAN linked to your Aadhaar do not match with the details corresponding to your PF account no."

How should I get this rectified? I am not receiving any replies from the concerned PF office. My mobile number and address have changed since that time. Currently, I have shifted from Gurgaon to Lucknow.
