However, my transfer request was rejected with the reason: "EPS contribution not deducted but date of joining and leaving of EPS updated, kindly rectify."

Here are my details:

- I joined my first company in May 2019, and my salary was greater than ₹15,000 at the time of joining.
- I believe I should not be part of EPS, and my employer did not contribute to EPS (as seen in my EPF passbook).
- However, in the Member Portal (Joint Declaration page), the EPS joining and leaving dates are mentioned for both establishments, which seems to be causing the issue.
