Thanks for the help. It's the second query. Mumbai is the H.O., and the factory is in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Employees are enrolled in the Mumbai ESIC office. Can the Uttarakhand ESIC office provide benefits to employees whose ESIC registration is done in the Mumbai H.O.? If not, then what is the solution? One employee's mother is hospitalized, so I'm asking.

You can opt for the ESIC facility in Uttarakhand. Just approach the nearest ESIC hospital and register.
