Check Eligibility

PF registration is mandatory for organizations with 20 or more employees. If your startup has less than 20 employees, you can apply for voluntary registration.

Obtain DSC (Digital Signature Certificate)

A DSC is required for online application approval by the employer.

Visit the EPFO Unified Portal

Go to https://www.epfindia.gov.in.

Register on EPFO Employer Portal

Fill out the Online Application (Shram Suvidha Portal). Go to the Shram Suvidha Portal and log in using your credentials.

Click on "Establishment Registration" and sign up using your details. Log in and proceed with the PF registration process.

Fill the Online Registration Form (Form 5A & Form 1)

Provide company details (Name, PAN, Address, Type of Business, Bank Details, etc.). Upload scanned copies of required documents.
