Greetings, I have been asked to manage HR operations for a startup IT company with a workforce of 10 employees. I have experience in recruitment and operations, but in my previous roles, all the HR setups were already in place. Here, I need to establish everything from scratch.

I don't think that startups are exempt from any labor laws as far as Kerala is concerned.
