Hi Team, I have been selected by Navi Technology as a Call Quality Analyst in the BPO department. It's been 10 days, and I still haven't received the offer letter. HR is stating that approval is pending from the CEO. Should I wait, or should I move on? Can anyone clarify how Background Verification (BGV) will be done at Navi Technology? Will they review the entire employment history or only the last organization?
