What Are the Mandatory Submissions Under the Factories Act 1948 for a Karnataka Factory?

Please let me know the mandatory statutory submissions under the Factories Act 1948. Our factory is located in Karnataka, and we received our Factory license in February 2025. Ours is a non-hazardous process factory where we only do assembly works for connectivity switches for two-wheelers.

My Dear, Under normal working conditions, you must submit half-yearly and yearly returns in July and January of the subsequent year and a license renewal form in September every year. The rest of the formalities depend on your requirements or incident/accident.
