Struggling with UAN Errors for Pension Certificate: How Can I Fix This Online?

I have the member ID of the VAPI PF office as I was working with the APICL Sasrigam factory of Asian Paints. Now, I want to obtain the pension scheme certificate. However, generating a UAN against the member ID gives an error stating:

"The demographic details of the UAN linked to your Aadhaar do not match with the details corresponding to your PF account number."

Please suggest how to proceed. This is an online process, and the PF office personnel are not providing adequate assistance.

Submitting a Joint Declaration Form for EPF

Raise the joint declaration form and attach your Aadhaar card with it. Submit the form to the EPF office.

I am experiencing the same issue. I have completed the joint declaration as well, but it has not been resolved yet. When I visit the EPF office, they are not responding properly.
