Employees' Provident Fund is not the same as General Provident Fund State or the GPF Central Service Rules. Why did you use the heading "EPF Rules"? I guess lots of people downloaded presuming it's Employees' Provident Fund Rules which apply to all private sector employees.

Hi, today I received a message stating that Claim Form 19 has been approved, and payment is under process, while Claim Form 10C has been rejected. In what cases would 10C be rejected? I have served the previous organization for more than 10 years. Can I receive my PF amount?

I also received a message indicating that the EPF balance consists of EE amount Rs. 294,232 and ER amount Rs. 187,121. Can I receive both EE and ER amounts only with Form 19 since it has been approved?
