Hi, I recently joined a new organization where background verification (BGV) is taking place, and they asked for my service history. My previous employer, to save money even after multiple requests, did not deduct Provident Fund (PF). Recently, they increased the size of the organization to 120+ employees and started deducting PF. The issue is they mentioned my joining date as the 1st of September instead of the 1st of January, which is the actual joining date. I already had a PF account before joining my previous organization. I have a good relationship with the previous manager.
