I am assuming you mean a driving license, which will allow the driver to operate a forklift. Maharashtra has a special type of license for forklifts. In other states, you need a Heavy Transport License for it.

You need to obtain the license from the Regional Transport Office (RTO). If you have a large number of people, an RTO officer may be willing to come to your factory to conduct the test for everyone. Otherwise, you need to transport a forklift to the RTO office for the driving test. The procedure is otherwise the same as for any other license.

In general, the forklift manufacturer will have someone who can assist you in obtaining the license (for a fee).
