Hello, I completed my graduation in 2019. After that, I falsely claimed experience and joined a company in 2021. I worked there for six months until mid-2022 when I took a break due to personal reasons. Now, I am looking to join an IT company. Should I fabricate experience again to cover the gap? Reasons Not to Fabricate Experience

A very bad idea for the following reasons:

1. It's a lie.
2. Verification of antecedents will reveal the truth.
3. The lie will always make them look at you as a liar, even if they ignore it and decide to make an offer.

To tell the truth, the benefits always remain as a genuine, truthful person. If the reason was a personal problem in the family or parental illness (you don't have to share proof here), it shows your compassion, focus, and dedication. All huge positives.

Avoiding Fake Experience

Don't add fake experience. If your employer finds out about this false experience in the future, they can terminate you immediately.

Convince your prospective employer of your abilities and skills during the interview. Some employers may not accept a gap in employment, but some may be willing to hire you.
