Filing POSH Annual Returns in Chennai: Online or In-Person? Need Your Guidance!

Dear All, Can you please guide me on how and where to file the annual returns for POSH in Chennai City? Is it online, or should we submit it in person? I have the process in place and the format to be submitted, but I am not able to find how and where to submit the same. Request your support.

You can submit it to the Office of the District Collector, who is the District Officer for the PoSH Act. Please note that the annual report should be submitted by January 31st, and failure to do so may result in a fine of Rs 50,000.
