Hello all, I hope you are all doing great. I have an issue with the current organization. However, I disclosed the details while joining, stating that I have been working at the organization for a few days. Based on the offer letter I received for this role, all the letters are attached to the email I have sent.

Discrepancy in NCP Days

However, they have raised a discrepancy for 18 days of NCP after 4 years. The previous employer is not willing to support me.

Employment Timeline

Joining of the current company is on 5th Feb 2021 - till date. The previous company I worked for from 19th Jan 2021 to 4th Feb.

Resignation and Exit Date Issue

At the previous company, I sent an email to HR stating that I was resigning from the position. The email was sent on the 4th of Feb 2021, although they did not accept it immediately and directly marked the incorrect exit date under NCP.

Current Employer's Stance

My current employer is now giving me trouble for the same to change as soon as possible, or else I will be relieved from the services.
