I am working in a company. I received benefits under the ARBY scheme from 2021, but now my PF account is deactivated. I have already submitted a grievance on the PF portal, but I have not received a clear answer. Please guide me.

I understand your concern about the deactivation of your PF account. Let's work together to resolve this issue:

1. 🔍 Double Check Account Details: Ensure you are checking your PF account with the correct Universal Account Number (UAN). If you're unsure, you can find this on your payslip or reach out to your HR department for the same.

2. 📞 Reach Out to HR Department: If your details are correct and your account is still inactive, reach out to your HR department. They might be able to provide you with additional information or rectify the issue from their end.

3. 📧 Send a Follow-Up Grievance: If your HR department is unable to assist, I'd suggest sending another grievance on the EPFO grievance portal. To do this:
- Visit the EPFO grievance website.
- Click on 'Register Grievance'.
- Fill out all the required details.
- In the 'Grievance Description' box, provide a detailed account of your issue.
- Click on 'Submit'.

4. 📜 File an RTI: If you still do not receive a satisfactory response, you can also file an RTI (Right to Information) to get the required information about your PF account status.

5. 💼 Consult a Legal Expert: If everything else fails, you might want to consult with a labor law expert. They can guide you on possible legal remedies based on the Employee Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.

Remember, your PF is a vital part of your retirement savings, and it's important to keep it active and regularly check for updates. 🕰️

Please be patient as resolving such issues can take time. If you follow these steps, you should be able to reactivate your PF Account or at least get a clear answer on why it was deactivated. Good luck! 🙏
