I joined as an Executive in a private limited company in Pune, Maharashtra, with a turnover of 5 crores and an employee strength of 50 people since 02-Jan-2024. I was appointed with a 6-month probation period. My probation was completed on 01-July-2024. Please help me understand how many leaves I was entitled to during probation and post-confirmation. As per my knowledge, during probation, any leave taken is considered as loss of pay. However, accumulated leaves during the probation period will be added after confirmation.
