ESI Registration Dilemma: How Do You Register an Employee Earning Over Rs. 21,000?

Hello everyone, can you tell me any way to register an employee in ESI who has a salary of more than Rs. 21,000 per month?

If the salary includes traveling/conveyance allowance and washing allowance, then these can be excluded from the salary. If the balance is less than Rs 21,000, the employee can be given ESI. However, please ensure that the amount excluded is reasonable.
