Hi all, I have worked in XXX MNC and resigned from Xxx company with all proper formalities. Then, I received a new offer from another YYY company. I joined for only one day (virtual onboarding) using my personal laptop, and then I drafted an email to the HR department of the YYY company informing them that I would be resigning on the date of the virtual onboarding itself. I did not physically go to the YYY company.
However, I am facing an issue. In my PF portal service history, the new YYY company is visible, but I have not received any payment such as (F&F). I have tried to contact the relevant authorities at the YYY company, but they are not responding.
If I join a new company, should I explain the issue with the YYY company during the interview process? Or if I do not disclose the YYY company issue, will it cause any problems during the background verification process at the new company?
