Hi Everyone, I have been working as an HR manager at Pvt Ltd for the past 7 years. Since we are an old company and have already crossed 20 plus employees, what risk factors are involved if we implement EPF now? Moreover, my employer wants to give EPF to only 20 people whose basic is Rs. 15,000. I sincerely request if anyone has come across a similar kind of situation and can help me in this regard.
