Stuck with "Invalid Usage Type" Error on EPFO Portal? How Can I Fix This?

Hi all, I am receiving an error message when trying to register the director's DSC in the EPFO portal establishment login. The error message is "failure - Invalid or No Usage Type is found." Please help with what can be done to solve the same. Thank you

Hello everyone. I have added the DSC of the authorized person in the EPFO portal, and the status shows "SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED." However, when I try to approve the KYC pending details through DSC, it shows an error message: "No registered signatory details found." Has my DSC not yet been approved, or have I missed any steps?
