One of our employees' UAN numbers was wrongly linked to another Aadhaar number (not the employee's Aadhaar number). She resigned from her job in July 2021. The employee is unable to log in to the UAN portal. She tried to use the "Forgot Password" option in the UAN portal, but she is unable to generate a new UAN portal password as the linked Aadhaar belongs to someone else.
I kindly request you to guide me on how to link the employee's UAN with the correct Aadhaar number and to facilitate the withdrawal of her PF amount.
