Whether the company will keep a blacklisted employee or remove the chance of rehire eligibility by re-resigning after 6 months, and will this rehire status be disclosed to background verification (BGV) companies? Can the company remove eligibility to rehire status based on performance without putting the employee on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), especially considering that my lead received negative feedback just one month prior? If the company discloses the rehire eligibility status, could it potentially lead to the prospective company retracting my offer?
