Seeking Advice: What Extra Documents Does Our Security Firm Need for ISO Certification?

bm-scorpion
Dear Team,

We started a new security agency two years ago, where we obtained all our statutory licenses, PSARA License, etc. We would like to understand what documentation needs to be maintained as we are pursuing ISO certification. Currently, we have the daily reports of our area officers, client reports, training reports, night patrolling reports, incident reports, and a few other documents. Please advise on any additional documents that need to be maintained.

Regards,
Manjunath.

ISO Certification Requirements

ISO certification requires the following:

1) All the company documents.
2) Policy document and organization structure.
3) Each procedure established in accordance with company rules and documented accordingly.
4) ISO certification authorities guide you through the documentation process, conduct audits at the site and your office, and across various departments. They assess what is being followed and what needs to be maintained. Any gaps in standard procedures and documentation processes are audited. Once all non-conformities are resolved, the ISO certification is granted.

To fulfill these requirements, you need to engage with ISO providers.
