Hi, I am an ex-employee at Barclays. When I received the exit letter during my notice period, I did not take a print or screenshot of it. I was not allowed to send it to my personal email due to the company's Outlook policy, which prohibits departing employees from doing so. Now, my new company requires proof of resignation, and HR is unreachable. Additionally, the manager is unable to send emails outside the organization. What can be done?
