Navigating PF Overlap: Can My IT Company Verify My Closed BPO Experience Using UAN?

Hi Team, Currently, I'm working in an IT company. My last 2 years of experience were in a call center where they created a PF. There is an overlap of two months of PF between my first company and the current one, and unfortunately, my first company's BPO is now closed. Can the IT company conduct a Background Verification (BGV) for my BPO experience using the UAN?

Your issue is not with the BGV. You may encounter problems when transferring or withdrawing your PF. Please reach out to the PF office to resolve any date-related issues.
