Confused About My PF Claim Rejection: Why Am I Not Eligible for EPF Membership?

Hello, I have raised a claim transfer request, and it's rejected by the field officer with the following reasons:

1. Member not eligible for EPF membership.
2. Father's name differs.

Father's name is the same in both member IDs. Not sure what the first reason is, as the member's name is also the same.
