Steps to Create an Employee Handbook
I would suggest going through these to grasp the concept and then writing an index or main points of the employee handbook for your company. Describe each point or heading with steps. Refer to laws and regulations for policies in the relevant headings. You may need input from the Resource Manager, Human Resource Manager, Technical Managers, or Travel Manager for employees' trips to customer sites.
Approval Process
Once the draft is ready, give it to the GM for approval, and then to the executive management for review, making it available for employees.
