Can I Get Rehired by HDFC Bank After Absconding Due to an Accident? Seeking Advice

I have previously worked in HDFC Bank's subsidiary company, HDFC Two Wheeler Loan Department, which is a sister company of HDFC Bank. However, during that time, I had an accident which led to my family not allowing me to continue working at the bank. As a result, I received a letter of absconding in this case. I am now wondering if HDFC Bank, the parent company, would consider rehiring me.
