Overlapping Job Dates Blocking My PF Transfer: How Can I Fix This Issue?

My previous employer, where I worked from October 2022 to April 15, 2023, gave me 15 days of additional salary from April 1st to April 15th. However, I joined my new employer on April 10th, and my previous employer listed my exit date as April 15, 2023. The new employer recorded my joining date as April 10th. Due to this overlap, I am unable to transfer my PF. Can someone please suggest how I can resolve this issue? If I don't address this problem, I won't be able to withdraw the PF amount as well.

Unfortunately, both companies are multinational corporations and are unable to modify the dates.

Please contact EPF Graveney online. Mention your problem clearly, and they will provide you with a solution. Alternatively, you can ask your previous employer about the Joint Declaration form. If you need help filling it out, inform your employer if there are any errors in the Date of Exit (DOE) and submit it to your EPFO office.
