- Every employee has the right to get a round trip air ticket to their home country once every two years.

- If the employee does not use this allowance, the equivalent value can be paid in cash, but this depends on the company's policy.
To calculate the leave salary:
1. Find out the basic salary of the employee.
2. Divide the basic salary by 30 to get the daily wage.
3. Multiply the daily wage by the number of leave days to get the total leave salary.
For air ticket allowance:
1. Determine the cost of the economy class round trip ticket to the employee's home country.
2. Check if the company policy allows for cash payment if the ticket is not used.
