Confused About EPFO Form 19 Rejection? Need Help with EPS and PF Closure Steps?

I have applied for Form 19 in EPFO, but the claim got rejected. The reason given was that I was already informed that the EPS member in the previous transfer service had an equal share remitted by the establishment in TNMAS/XXX/XXX. Please submit a revised Form 3A to bifurcate.

Your establishment with registration number TNMAS/XXX/XXX has not paid pension contributions but has contributed the entire share of the employer to the PF only, without bifurcating it as 8.33% to the Pension Fund and the remaining amount to the PF. If you became a PF member before September 2014, or if, at the time of your becoming a member of EPF on a later date, your PF qualifying salary was less than Rs 15,000, then the establishment with registration number TNMAS/XXX/XXX is incorrect in contributing the employer share exclusively to the PF. That is the reason for rejection.
