Dear Team, I wrongly credited the PF amount to an ex-employee's UAN, and that employee has left the organization. What is the solution for refunding or recovering? Please guide me.
There is no provision to recover from the ex-employee. You need to credit the current employee and can request the ex-employee to refund to the company account. If there is no response, you can then send a notice for the refund.
