In X company, we were not assigned any projects, so the management asked us to return all company assets and revoked our access. They informed us to seek other opportunities and were ready to release us as soon as we secured a new job.

My official last working day at X company was May 20. Exit formalities were already completed by X company. So, I did not have any work, and they released me in the morning within an hour. On the same day, May 20th, I joined Y company.

Y company had an urgent requirement and did not object to my joining and exit dates. Therefore, I did not realize that my exit and joining date were the same. Y company onboarded me in the evening, as their client was in the US and outside X company's shift timings.

So, is it an important reason for Z company?
