The answer to a question that is often very confusing is when can we issue an experience letter and when can we issue a relieving letter to a resigned employee?

Hi, a relieving/experience letter can be issued on the day of relieving, subject to completing the proper notice period.

But sometimes this is asked by a newly joined company immediately. In this case, what can we do?

Hi, On the day of relieving, an experience and a relieving letter can be issued to facilitate the departing employee in submitting the same to the new employer. Relieving or experience letters cannot be issued before the official relieving date.
