Greetings everyone, I recently joined a pharmaceutical startup in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Currently, I'm working on the Leaves and Holiday List. During my research, I came across an article that stated we can offer 3 mandatory public holidays and 8 additional leave days.

However, I'm unsure how to select the remaining 8 holidays. The UP Government Holiday list includes 24 holidays. Are there any mandatory holidays we must include? I would truly appreciate your insights on this matter.
