I didn't include my non-IT experience in my resume. Instead, I restarted my career in a startup company, and now I have mentioned my startup company experience everywhere in my resume. Will this cause any problem in a background verification check?
Background verification will be based on the information that you have furnished. If you have not provided information about your non-IT service, how will the background verification agency find out? They are not detectives, nor are they given the right to probe such things.
