I have recently been appointed as HR. Could someone help me with the topic of compliance with all employment laws and regulations? Also, it would be really helpful if someone could attach supporting documents (Karnataka).
Please take some time to go through the law books available in the market, including state laws and rules. Meet a senior person in your vicinity to get some initial brief.
There is no spoon-feeding system to enrich you regarding employment laws.
