Hello, I have two different PF accounts. I mistakenly applied for a withdrawal claim before initiating the transfer from my previous employer to my current one. After a great deal of effort, I managed to contact PF customer support to cancel the withdrawal claim. However, they suggested that I should proceed with the transfer claim, assuring me that it would be processed.
Recently, I received the PF claim amount only from the current employer, and my transfer claim from the previous employer is still being processed at the field office. I am unable to receive any support from the PF office. Can you please suggest what I should do? I am located in Greensboro, United States.
