Hi ma'am/sir, I was working with a company, and during this period, I developed a medical condition. Consequently, I resigned from that company as they were pressuring me to work on Saturdays and Sundays, even though such working days were not specified in the offer letter. Due to my medical condition, I am unable to serve the notice period. While HR approved my early release, they have now sent me a Full and Final (FNF) settlement letter demanding 56k. Unfortunately, I am unable to make this payment as my father is currently unemployed, and I am the sole breadwinner. The FNF letter includes deductions for advance salary that I never received and for the notice period, which HR did not previously communicate to me. What steps should I take in this situation? Please advise.
