I am suppose to prepare a growth / career plan for all our employees.
Please let me know how do i go about doing this.

I guess you first need to have an organisation hierarchy structure in place and also also a proper performace appraisal system in palce ,once you have these two things then you can link the same with the growth plan of the employees
