I request all of you to guide me on how to establish and run a Centre of Excellence aimed at identifying, celebrating growth, and rewarding individuals in a Contracting Business Model Organization with an employee strength of 150.

To establish a Center of Excellence (CoE), start by identifying areas where your organization excels or has potential for significant improvement. Assemble a dedicated team of experts to drive best practices and innovation. Regularly celebrate achievements and milestones to motivate and recognize contributions. Implement a rewards system that acknowledges individual and team efforts. Continuously evaluate and refine the CoE's processes to ensure sustained growth and excellence.
