Feeling Overwhelmed in Job Search: How Can I Find Hope and Opportunities in HR?

ravi-k-s
Dear HR Leaders,

I completed my MSW-HR in 2017. However, for the past four years, I have been working at a petrol station in the UAE. Over the last year, I have been actively searching for a job and have been feeling constantly overwhelmed, even having thoughts of ending my life. Nevertheless, I understand that I do not have the right to do so; such a decision lies solely with the almighty.

I have 2 years of experience in hospital administration, BPO, banking, and administrative roles in start-ups. I am reaching out to seek your assistance in securing any job opportunities that may be available.

Thank you.

Hi, you possess a good qualification with 6 years of rich experience in different fields, currently employed in the UAE. Then why this frustration, man? Throw away your thoughts of ending life. Be optimistic and confident. Hope you have a proper resume with you. If not, hire the services of online portals like Naukri, who will help you with a good resume (they will charge nominally). Register the profile with leading recruitment portals. Also, try through your friends' network. You will get it. Consistent effort is important. All the very best.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Only pursue jobs that are related to your MSW-HR, regardless of the payment you receive. Eventually, you will secure a very good job. Over the past six years, you have worked in various roles that are not aligned with your MSW-HR.

Thank you!

Dear,

An MSW with a specialization in HR is a really good degree. After completing your academic studies in 2017, you were supposed to accept a job in the HR field. However, perhaps due to a lower salary, you may have chosen another profession.

At the same time, you gained diversified experience while working in hospitals, banks, startups, etc., which has definitely enhanced certain skills in you. You should use these skills to find a new job. Do not give up. Keep reading, learn new things, and do not prioritize salary. Join a company that offers you an opportunity in the HR field. Learn there, gain experience, and then you will succeed in your career. My best wishes to you.

Kind regards, [Your Name]
