Motivational Mondays: What Are the Best Games to Inspire Your Team?

I am working in a BPO as an Employee Engagement Executive. I am coming up with a new concept of Motivational Mondays for my staff, whereby I am planning to email motivational presentations to them and also organize some motivational games on the floor. Can anyone suggest some motivational games?
