Motivational Games For Staff

Hi All,
Am working in a BPO as Employe engagement executive..am coming up with a new concept of motivational mondays for my staff were by am planing to mail motivational presentaion to them and also organise some motivational games on the floor..can anyone suggest me some motivational games.
