Navigating EPFO Changes After Our Director's Passing: How Do We Update Employer Details and DSC?

I am the HR Manager in a Private Limited Company, which was registered with EPFO in 2017. Due to the sudden demise of our Managing Director, an Additional Director was appointed, who will also be the authorized signatory for EPFO regulations.

How do we make this change in the Employer's details and the DSC?

You have to update Form 5A available with EPFO by visiting the EPFO's unified portal. Through the same portal, you can also update the digital signature.
